Description Coordinate compliance of all Baptist Health entities with certain laws, regulations, rules and internal policies applicable to the healthcare industry and the submission of claims through the performance of independent audits of specific areas/functions in order to assess compliance with BHSF’s Code of Ethics. Estimated salary range for this position is $73005.12 – $94906.66 / year depending on experience.

Qualifications Degrees:

Bachelors.

Additional Qualifications:

A bachelor degree in nursing, healthcare administration, business or related discipline. Three years experience working in a large healthcare organization. Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid laws. Superior interpersonal, analytical and computer skills, as well as the ability to work independently. Must have the appropriate background and knowledge needed to assess clinical documentation and medical record coding and to analyze data and identify trends and outliers. Excellent written and verbal communication skills that will support professional communication with all levels of management. Healthcare auditing experience preferred. Certification in a related area of expertise or eligibility for certification required.
