Your Responsibilities on the Team Conduct financial andoperational audits according to the Internal Audit plan. Analyzeoperational and management processes, and control effectiveness andefficiency by examining records, reports, operating practices, anddocumentation; your conclusions will be presented to seniormanagement and the Board of Directors. Present the results of yourwork to management, as well as recommendations and conclusions ofinternal audit reviews, in ways they will understand. Organize yourdocumentation in the work papers to facilitate review in a clearfashion that while thorough will also be concise. Perform other adhoc/special projects as needed by the department or requested bythe organization, which will enhance your knowledge of the businessand industry. Requirements Exceptional critical thinking,analytical, and technical accounting research skills. Thrive infast-paced environments and demonstrate your organizational skillsby successfully managing your time and multiple priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Bachelors orMasters Degree in Accounting Minimum of 0 – 2 years of auditexperience – 3.0 GPA (or higher) in all degrees Certified PublicAccountant (CPA) or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) preferredExperience with data analytics preferred This position may requireup to 5% travel Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word,PowerPoint) Lennar is an equal opportunity employer and complieswith all applicable federal, state, and local fair employmentpractices laws. Physical & Office/Site Presence Requirements:
Regular, in-personattendance at Company communities/job sites and offices duringregular work hours is an essential function of this job. Requiresthe ability to work more than eight hours per day in the confinedquarters of a construction trailer, the ability to operate a motorvehicle, read plans, climb stairs and ladders, bend, stoop, reach,lift, move and/or carry equipment which may be in excess of 50pounds. Job may require occasional operation of constructionequipment. Finger dexterity may be required to operate a computerkeyboard and calculator.
