Summary:

Reporting to an Audit Senior Manager, the Auditor is an entry levelposition within Internal Audit. The Auditor will conduct financialand operational reviews and assess internal controls to supportSarbanes-Oxley Section 404 compliance of ADT Operations. TheAuditor will interact with financial, operational, and ITmanagement personnel across the company and will be exposed tofinancial and business operations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Carry out the vision and mission of Internal Audit to enhanceand protect organizational value. Actively participate in audit planning, fieldwork, andreporting. Assess design and operating effectiveness of internal controlsover financial reporting (both IT General Controls and automated ITcontrols), including assessing reliability of information used incontrol performance. Collect, evaluate, and document information with high qualityto support audit results. Analyze data sets to perform audit planning, sampling, testing,or to evaluate observations. Review audit work papers and report observations in accordancewith Internal Audit standards. Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controlsand compliance with corporate policies and procedures. Identify audit issues and root causes, recommend improvedinternal controls and business processes, and ensure thatcorrective action plans are developed and implemented. Present clear and concise observations to Internal Auditmanagement and verify observations with operationalmanagement. Participate in Internal Audit process improvements. Continue professional education regarding audit and accountingstandards, laws, and regulations applicable to the company. Assist external auditors, as requested.

Skills and Competencies:

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a diverseteam environment. Excellent written and oral communications skills. Strong, proficient analytical skills. Strong leadership skills, with professional developmentcoaching experience. Computer skills (intermediate/advanced Excel, PowerPoint).

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degrees in IT Systems Management, IT, Accounting, orother relevant fields. General knowledge around professional communications, attire,and a willingness to learn. Live within driving distance of the ADT Boca Ratonheadquarters.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master’s degree preferred.

Required Licensing or Certifications:

CPA, CIA, and/or CISA preferred, but not required.

Location:

This role requires you to be onsite at our headquarters in BocaRaton, FL, three days a week. The other two days are remote,offering the flexibility you need while still engaging inmeaningful collaboration with cross-functional teams.
