6 Our client is a reputable and well known International Accounting Firm and looking for Audit manager for new office.
Purpose of the role:
Managing an Audit Dept, which involves co-ordinating staff and work to produce a File and Annual Financial Statements for the partners.

People Management:

Manage and supervise audit engagements
Plan and co-ordinate work for up to 25 audit clerks
Responsible for Staff Assessments
Counselling, coaching and training clerks Other skills:
An analytical mind
Negotiation skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships
Commercial and business awareness
Good communication skills ? both written and verbal
