Job Details Overview:
We’re seeking astrategic and detail-oriented leader to join our team as AVP ofBusiness Processes & Compliance. This role is pivotal in drivingoperational excellence and ensuring compliance across departmentsand vendor relationships. You’ll lead cross-functional initiatives,audit internal workflows, and help shape the systems and standardsthat support our business integrity and efficiency.
KeyResponsibilities:
Lead compliance projects across departments andexternal vendors. Document and standardize workflows andprocedures. Conduct internal audits to ensure adherence to carriercontracts and regulatory requirements. Support accounting withannual compliance deliverables. Oversee licensing compliance acrossdepartments and systems. Collaborate with technical teams totranslate business needs into system requirements. Assist withsystem rollouts and workflow updates. Identify and implementprocess improvements through regular audits. Conduct system testingand provide feedback to senior leadership.
Qualifications:
8-10years of relevant experience. Bachelor’s degree and professionalcertifications preferred. Strong organizational, communication, andinterpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office andadaptability to new systems. Proven ability to manage multipleprojects and lead cross-functional teams.
