Job Description
Financial Compliance Analyst/Internal Auditorpositions offered by JAS Worldwide Management, Inc. (Atlanta, GA). Identify and document financial, operational and compliance risks and controls. Assist in creating internal audit procedures. Perform financial, operational and compliance internal audits. Review global locations and local offices to ensure effective and efficient internal controls are maintained. Analyze data to support the internal audit function. Perform data analysis to provide supporting evidence to internal audit reports. May work remotely 2 days per week from a commutable distance to the office.
Must have at least a Bachelors degree, or foreign equivalent, in accounting, finance, business administration, or related quantitative field, and at least 5 years of experience in the job offered or at least 5 years of experience in accounting or finance. (In lieu of Bachelors degree and 5 years of experience in stated field, will accept 7 years of experience in stated field). Stated experience must include at least 5 years of experience in freight forwarding, operations, compliance, and finance.
Must also have:
experience reviewing Job Management and correlating it to the financials and analysis of risks, andCargoWise Professional Certification. Must be willing to travel domestically 5% and internationally 25%.
