Responsibilities:
Review medical records and apply ICD-10, CPT, and HCPC coding systems. Ensure accurate and compliant coding for risk adjustment purposes. Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize HCC coding strategies.
Qualifications:
Coding certification (CPC or CRC. •CPC-A not accepted) Minimum 5 years of experience in HCC coding. Proficiency in ICD-10, CPT, and HCPC coding systems.
