DESCRIPTION
Psychological Dimensions (PD) is a growing, innovative, and industry-leading Atlanta-based police and public safety and risk management forensic consulting firm looking for a Project Coordinator and Data Compliance Auditor to join our diverse team. Our mission is to provide public safety and private organizations with state-of-the-art forensic risk management psychological evaluations. Our firm also conducts risk assessment and consultation with television networks and the media. PD’s services primarily include psychological pre-employment screening, critical incident debriefing, wellness training and annual wellness visits, specialty placement assignments (e.g., SWAT, etc.), risk and threat assessment, and police/public safety and corporate fitness for duty evaluations. Key Responsibilities:
Project Coordination:
Partner with project managers to help define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Build and maintain detailed project schedules using Microsoft Planner, outlining timelines, milestones, and task assignments. Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, documenting minutes, next steps, and action items for timely follow-up. Track project progress, updating schedules and notifying teams of upcoming deadlines or shifts. Act as a communication hub between project stakeholders, ensuring consistent updates and addressing questions as they arise. Work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain alignment on project objectives and deliverables. Prepare project status summaries and assist in compiling reports for senior management. Support project compliance by helping teams adhere to organizational standards and procedures.
Data Compliance Coordination:
Perform daily reviews of scheduling systems to verify compliance with reporting deadlines and communicate findings directly with psychologists. Assist in maintaining quality control systems, ensuring procedures are consistently followed across teams. Conduct routine audits and summarize results to highlight trends and areas for improvement. Collect and organize training and project data to ensure accurate tracking and reporting. Create clear, data-driven reports and presentations for leadership to support informed decision-making. Collaborate with the Director of Operations to identify and address any operational or system process gaps.
Training Support and Coordination:
Develop and maintain structured training plans for various roles, in collaboration with department heads. Organize and coordinate training schedules, ensuring timely delivery based on organizational needs. Facilitate onboarding sessions for new administrative hires, providing guidance on company policies, systems, and procedures. Support the development and continuous improvement of training materials and methods.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, education, or a related field. Experience in project coordination, training support, quality assurance, or administrative roles. Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on collaboration and follow-through.
