The Auditor compiles, analyzes, and provides support for regulatoryfilings, quality assurance/peer reviews, documentation and analysisof rate issues•rate administration, rate case and policy asdirected by management. Strong accounting and financial skills arehighly preferred for this position.

Responsibilities:

Lead the preparation of updates to rate-relateddocuments used by other departments. Detailed review, analysis andoversight of rate filing documents, work papers and supportingschedules. Prepare quantitative analysis of all •rate schedules to evaluatecustomer bill impacts. Ability and knowledge to prepare understandand review tariffs and tariff calculations which collect fuel,purchase power, capacity, energy efficiency costs, environmental,securitization and other costs. Document and assist in the interpretation of regulatory orderfiling requirements. Responsible for the accurate and efficient preparation ofregulatory data for filing, including pro forma adjustments tohistorical per book information; cost of service allocation forfiling; and rates for reasonable recovery of the cost to serve in amanner that is equitable to our customers while recognizingcorporate financial stability. Perform peer reviews for FRPs, rate-cases•fuel, special ridersand other filings for accuracy, completeness and compliance withapplicable jurisdictional filing requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Math, Accounting, Finance or Engineering orequivalent work experience. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting orFinance highly preferred. MBA or CPA preferred. Minimum Experience required of the position:

Regulatory AnalystIII:

3+ years of relevant experience Strong analytical skills. Strong problem-solving and criticalthinking skills. Strong attention to details. Advanced PC skills utilizing Microsoft Office and other mainframebusiness applications. Strong ability to develop detailedspreadsheets required. Ability to perform detailed analysis and convert this analysis intoa meaningful summary for which to make recommendations.

Preferred Experience:
