We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Automotive Internal Auditor to join our team and ensure the integrity and reliability of our financial and operational processes. This position will work with the Corporate Accounting team reporting to Balise leadership. As an Automotive Internal Auditor, you will be responsible for evaluating and improving the effectiveness of our internal controls, risk management, and governance processes specific to the automotive industry. You will conduct audits, analyze data, and provide recommendations to enhance operational efficiency, compliance, and financial accuracy.

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive internal audits of financial and operational processes within the automotive sector. Assess compliance with industry regulations, internal policies, and best practices. Identify and evaluate risks and control deficiencies, recommending corrective actions. Perform data analysis to detect discrepancies, trends, and opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with various departments to ensure effective implementation of audit recommendations. Prepare detailed audit reports, presenting findings and recommendations to senior management. Monitor the implementation of corrective actions and follow up on audit findings. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in automotive auditing. Other various duties as assigned by Balise leadership

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. A professional certification such as CIA, CPA, or CISA is preferred. Proven experience in internal auditing, preferably within the automotive industry. Strong understanding of automotive manufacturing processes, industry regulations, and financial controls. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficiency in using auditing software and data analysis tools. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high ethical standards.
