Salary:

TheAudit Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing theaudit engagements, ensuring compliance with relevant laws andregulations, and providing leadership to audit staff. The idealcandidate will have a strong background in auditing, excellentanalytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a hybridwork environment. Why join us?

Benefits:

Hybrid work model after 6months of onsite training (2 days a week from home) Fridays offfrom Memorial Day to Labor Day 2 weeks of vacation (10 days) tostart, with additional vacation earned through overtime

Overtimecompensation:

Job Details KeyResponsibilities:

Lead and manage audit engagements from planningthrough completion Develop and maintain strong relationships withclients Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, andstandards Review and evaluate audit workpapers and reports Providetraining and mentorship to audit staff Identify and communicateaudit findings to clients and management Assist in the developmentand implementation of audit strategies Participate in businessdevelopment activities to attract new clients

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldCertified Public Accountant (CPA) designation required Minimum of 5years of experience in auditing, with at least 2 years in amanagerial role Strong understanding of auditing standards andprocedures Excellent analytical, organizational, and communicationskills Ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlinesProficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite Interestedin hearing more?
