The Audit Manager will lead and manage audit engagements, ensuring that financial records are accurate and compliant with regulatory standards. This role involves overseeing the audit team, liaising with clients, and providing strategic insights to enhance financial performance. Key Responsibilities
Lead audit planning and execution for various clients
Manage and mentor audit staff to ensure professional development
Review audit work papers and financial statements for accuracy
Communicate audit findings and recommendations to clients
Ensure compliance with GAAP and other relevant regulations
Develop and maintain strong client relationships
Identify areas for operational improvement and risk mitigation
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
CPA certification is required
5+ years of experience in audit or accounting
Strong knowledge of GAAP and audit processes
Proven leadership and team management skills
