You willsupport production quality by performing routine audits,inspections and record reviews. You will help maintain safe andefficient operations while working closely with other departments.

KeyResponsibilities:

Understand the work instructions posted at eachwork center. Perform all quality checks as outlined in the workinstructions. To complete & record the daily floor audit usingquality database. Review production records (form

FM 7-521

).Perform outbound inspection duties as required. Maintain goodcommunications with all team members. Know your materials & whatcan or cannot be mixed. Report all quality problems to the shiftsupervisor & operators as needed. Contain or stop the process(Place on Hold) as needed to prevent non-conforming material fromcontaminating good material (DMR database). Review previous shiftreports and follow-up on problems as required with littlesupervision. The Company Accuma Corporation has been a majormanufacturer of plastic components for the battery industry forover 50 years. Producing battery containers, lids, vent-plugs andaccessories.
