FLSA Status:

Exempt Job Overview Responsible for overseeing Final Inspection as well as implementing ISO9001 and maintaining quality system documentation in both locations. Responsibilities and Duties Compile monthly reports for Management Meetings (required for ISO9001) regarding on-time delivery and quality. Oversee ISO9001 audits and ensure company compliance. Plan, develop and complete internal audits. Oversee and maintain documentation required for customers (Material Test Reports, RoHS, Code of Conduct, REACH, etc.) Perform First Article Inspections (FAIs) and Corrective Action Reports (CARs) as required. Responsible for metrology and calibration of gages, inspection tools, etc. Ability to interact with customers when problems and/or issues arise. Utilize CMM including programming. Process and manufacturing knowledge. Ability to understand how different shop processes affect the product being made. Train new employees on process and procedures related to Quality. All other duties as assigned. Competencies To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:

• Within the scope of job requirements, will be required to adhere and comply with state and federal law, the company ISO Quality program and procedures, company policies, safety, and environmental regulations.

Computer Skills E2, Microsoft Office, Education and/or Experience High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate) preferred, and at least 2 years’ experience. ISO9001 Auditor Certification preferred.
