Join Bounty Hunter World as the Group Senior Manager – Business Audit, where you’ll lead and manage impactful audits across a global and diverse business portfolio. This role plays a key part in strengthening our governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks while driving continuous improvement across operations.
Role Overview:
You will be responsible for conducting end-to-end audits—both onsite and remote—covering planning, execution, reporting, and follow-up. As a trusted advisor to senior leadership, you’ll deliver insights that support strategic decision-making and enhance operational efficiency. You’ll manage a portion of the business audit portfolio, contribute to bi-annual and ad-hoc risk assessments, and participate in key governance and change initiatives. You’ll also help shape audit policies and contribute to our internal intelligence platform, ARGUS.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and execute complex audits across the global business. Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with internal and external standards. Engage with executive and senior stakeholders to provide actionable audit insights. Oversee part of the global audit portfolio, including planning and scheduling. Drive governance, risk, and process improvement initiatives. Support GIA’s transformation and contribute to audit quality and innovation.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
7-10 years of audit-related experience, with 3-5 years in internal audit leadership roles. Degree in a relevant field and a recognized financial qualification (e.g., ACA, CPA, CIMA). Experience in logistics and/or the maritime sector preferred. Strong understanding of the COSO framework and IPPF International Auditing Standards. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint; knowledge of Power BI or QlikView is a plus. Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
