Quality Auditor Starr Staffing Archdale, NC 27263 3rd Shift Available (11:00pm-6:30am) Monday-Friday; Expect to work
OT Duties and Responsibilities:
Expected to take initiative and be proactive Able to read and understand shop orders, production schedules and follow written or verbal instruction Meet and exceed expectations (safety, quality, productivity) Identify and separate nonconforming parts (defective) Report issues to maintenance as needed and make supervisor aware Must follow all safety ules and regulations Housekeeping throughout and end of shift Must be punctual Other duties as required Assist in resolving quality related issues In-process audits Read blueprints and drawings Handles floor quality issues Monitors internal quality checks and current corrective actions Utilize hand held gages, tape measures and rulers to conduct part and fixture studies Perform measurement system studies for component and assembly gages
PPE Required:
Safety glasses Hearing Protection Steel-toed shoes Physical Requirements Must be able to lift 40+ lbs. repetitively. Must be able to stand the entire shift. Position requires bending, stooping, stretching and reaching.
