• Audit Manager Position Overview
  The Audit Manager is responsible for overseeing audit processes and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

This role involves managing a team of auditors, providing guidance on audit strategies, and ensuring that audits are conducted efficiently and effectively to identify areas for improvement within clients’ financial processes. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage audit engagements from planning through to completion, ensuring compliance with professional standards and regulations.
Supervise and mentor audit staff, providing training and support to develop their skills and knowledge in auditing practices.
Conduct thorough reviews of financial statements and other documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide recommendations for improvements in their business practices.
Prepare and present detailed audit reports to management and stakeholders, highlighting key findings and areas of concern.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure the audit approach remains relevant and effective. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Active CPA certification is required.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in public accounting with a focus on audits.
In-depth knowledge of Employment Benefit Plans (EBP) and ERISA regulations.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
