$115,000- $150,000 per year A bit about us: We are seeking an experiencedand dynamic Audit Manager with a deep understanding of theInsurance industry to join our team. This is a permanent, full-timeposition that offers the flexibility to work remotely. Thesuccessful candidate will play a crucial role in our Accounting andFinance department, providing expert auditing services to ourinsurance industry clients. This role requires a minimum of 5 yearsof experience in similar roles. Executing the full cycle of auditprocesses, including risk management and control management overoperations’ effectiveness, financial reliability, and compliancewith all applicable directives and regulations. 2. Determininginternal audit scope and developing annual plans. 3. Obtaining,analyzing, and evaluating accounting documentation, reports, data,flowcharts, etc. 4. Preparing and presenting reports that reflectaudit results and document the process. 5. Acting as an objectivesource of independent advice to ensure validity, legality, and goalachievement. 6. Identifying loopholes and recommending riskaversion measures and cost savings. 7. Conducting follow-up auditsto monitor management’s interventions. 8. Engaging in continuousknowledge development regarding sector rules, regulations, bestpractices, tools, techniques, and performance standards. 9.Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth and reliableauditing processes. 10. Providing leadership, guidance, andtraining to junior staff. Qualifications 1. Bachelor’s degree inAccounting, Finance, or related field. A Master’s degree or CPAcertification is highly desirable. 2. Minimum of 5 years of provenexperience in auditing, preferably within the insurance industry.3. In-depth understanding of auditing and control practices, aswell as regulatory and compliance requirements specific to theinsurance industry. 4. Proficiency in STAT and other relevantauditing software. 5. Exceptional analytical skills, attention todetail, and strong decision-making abilities. 6. Excellent verbaland written communication skills, with the ability to presentcomplex information clearly and concisely. 7. Strong leadershipskills, with a proven ability to manage and motivate a team. 8.High level of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment toupholding ethical standards. 9. Ability to work independently in aremote setting, with a strong sense of self-motivation anddiscipline. 10. Exceptional problem-solving skills, with aproactive approach to identifying and implementing effectivesolutions. 11. Ability to handle confidential information withdiscretion. 12.
