What You’ll Do Perform Audits:
Conduct comprehensive financial, operational, and compliance audits of business units, external agencies, and vendors.
Prepare Work Papers:
Create organized work papers that support your observations and conclusions, adhering to professional standards.
Support Annual Audits:
Assist with annual financial statement audits and internal control assessments, working closely with external auditors.
Analyze Data:
Summarize data, policies, and procedures to effectively perform audit work.
Communicate:
Engage with auditees, management, and peers through clear written and oral communication.
Utilize Systems:
Work with various systems including accounting software, billing systems, policy administration systems, imaging systems, claim systems, and Microsoft products.
Conduct Interviews:
Interview auditees up to middle management to understand business processes and internal controls.
Maintain Professionalism:
Uphold a high level of professionalism and embody our agility, collaboration, and engagement (ACE) culture.
Qualifications Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree.
Experience:
2-6 years of relevant auditing experience.
Certifications:
Progress towards CPA or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) is preferred. Why Join Us?
