You’ll be joining one of the most stable teams in public accounting. Their retention rates are some of the highest in the industry. If people leave, it’s generally to move to Corporate. They rarely lose people to rival firms. When the firm was founded, over a hundred years ago, they had a simple philosophy. Treat their people well. You could be their next Audit Manager. You’ll be responsible for leading and managing audit engagements related to real estate transactions and financial activities. You’ll get paid between $130,000 and $180,000. As you’d expect with any position in Public Accounting, there’ll be longer hours at times of the year.
