Advance your career on the global stage without leaving New York.
You’ll advise European and international companies as they expand into the U.S., using your technical expertise to guide them through U.S. accounting standards, audits, and regulatory requirements.
Instead of grinding away at a Big 4 firm, you’ll get real influence, variety, and direct client exposure from day one.
Work with international clients only. You’ll support companies from across Europe and beyond, building niche expertise in U.S.-inbound advisory
Fast-track progression. Whether it’s stepping into an associate partner track, leading special projects, or gaining exposure to transaction work, you’ll be supported to move up fast.
Travel, secondments, and culture. The team includes people from over 30 countries, and short and long-term secondment opportunities are built into your development plan
More than audits. You’ll lead client engagements but also advise on US GAAP, IFRS, and tax structuring – no getting stuck on repetitive audit cycles
Structured CPA support + benefits. Full CPA support, training, and generous PTO (25 days annually). Plus all the core benefits (401k, healthcare, vision, dental, etc.)
What you’ll be doing
Leading audit engagements for U.S. subsidiaries of European and global companies
Managing client relationships with clients across manufacturing, automotive, life sciences, FMCG, and more
Providing U.S. accounting and advisor input alongside cross-border tax and M&A teams
What you’ll need
5+ years of experience in public accoutning
CPA qualified (or close to completing)
Interest in working with international clients and navigating multi-country issues
Bonus if you speak a second language, have studied or worked abroad, or bring strong cultural awareness to your work.
