Position Profile Weaver is looking for an experienced and motivated Audit Senior Associate to join our growing Commercial team in the Northeast. As an Audit Senior Associate, you will perform in-charge responsibilities as assigned on larger and more complex engagements. As an Audit Senior Associate, you will have the opportunity to lead client engagements, develop specialized industry expertise, and deliver high-quality audit services in a collaborative and dynamic environment. To be successful in this role, the following qualifications are required: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field CPA candidate 2-5+ years of public accounting experience or its equivalent Experience working with audit engagements across multiple industries in the Commercial sector Thorough understanding of U.S. GAAP, GAAS, and PCAOB standards Strong relationship management and practice development skills Additionally, the following qualifications are preferred: Master’s degree in Accounting or related field Active CPA license Proven ability to manage, mentor and develop staff Demonstrates independent thinking and strong decision-making skills

Weaver Compensation and Benefits:

A reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this position is $85,000.00 to $115,000.00. Actual compensation will be based on a variety of factors including but not limited to experience, skills, certifications, and geographical location. In addition to compensation packages, Weaver offers competitive health benefits, such as medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, and a 401(k) plan. Further, we support our employees by offering flexible scheduled time off (STO), minimum of 56 hours of sick and safe leave, 11 holidays, and 2 scheduled recharge days!
