Audit Specialist – CCR and IMM Position Available In New York, New York

Description We are looking for an experienced Audit Specialist with expertise in Counterparty Credit Risk (CCR) and Internal Model Method (IMM) to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough audits focusing on Counterparty Credit Risk (CCR) and Internal Model Method (IMM) to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Validate audit issues by reviewing data, processes, and procedures to confirm their resolution.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess risk management practices and ensure alignment with organizational policies.
• Utilize accounting software systems to analyze financial data and streamline auditing processes.
• Prepare detailed audit reports that highlight findings, recommendations, and actionable insights.
• Manage and evaluate CRM systems to ensure accurate data processing and reporting.
• Support benefit, billing, and accounting functions through comprehensive audits and validations.
• Leverage knowledge of financial services to enhance operational efficiency and mitigate risks.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement strategies to optimize auditing workflows. Requirements
• At least 7 years of experience in auditing, with a focus on CCR and IMM.
• Proficiency in accounting software systems and financial data processing.
• Strong understanding of CRM systems and their role in auditing.
• Demonstrated ability to validate audit issues and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Expertise in benefit, billing, and accounting functions.
• Familiarity with financial services and risk management practices.
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and present findings.
