Salary:
$100,000 – $120,000 peryear A bit about us: A certified public accounting firm ofapproximately 120 professionals with offices in Pennsylvania, NewYork, Maryland, Massachusetts and Connecticut. Our clients arelocated in eleven states and operate primarily in the employeebenefit plan and labor/membership organization industries. Why joinus? Hybrid 50% in office/client; 50% at home 3-6 Weeks overnighttravel (DC, MD, Hawaii, VA) Depending on how many jobs are beingmanaged, ability to work 3 days at a client, 2 days from home, withpossibility to change to the current situation What makes this jobdifferent is the hours worked. No more 80 hour weeks. In a normalyear, it is 50 hour weeks Jan – March; then normal 40 hourworkweeks the rest of the year. Opportunity to work to change theculture; join committees from day 1; No sales pushing to gain otherclients Job Details Communicate with clients regarding auditrelated matters Review reports, opinions, management letters, andworkpapers. Help develop audit plans and audit (in coordinationwith senior staff). Execute audit tests (internal control andsubstantive) using approved audit plans and standardized audit workpapers. Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
Supervise, review, and develop team members; provide engagementstaff with regular feedback and guidance. Perform engagementmanagement responsibilities, including performance reviews, taskdelegation, project scheduling, project financials, quality reviewand client management Approximately 20% overnight travel.
