- How you will contribute:
- Managing, developing, and coaching professional staffReviewing audit engagement procedures over various income statement and balance sheet accountsAdequately identifying audit risks and problems through review to ensure audit engagements are completed with defendable files and documentationUnderstanding client service relationships and how to utilize firm resources to provide unmatched client service to existing clientsUsing technology tools proficiently in regular assignments and demonstrating a commitment to improving work processes through the use of technologyDemonstrating the ability to recognize problems and propose sensible solutions, with an appropriate balance between client needs and the firm’s riskConsistently identifying engagement and operating opportunities for improvement and providing timely solutions and consultationManaging multiple concurrent engagements without disruption and within scheduled deadlinesProviding staff with timely performance feedbackManaging multiple client relationships, billings, and resource needsBuilding personal referral sources and clientele while actively participating in team marketing opportunitiesLeading audit committee and board meeting presentationsParticipating in speaking and article-writing opportunities•We are looking for people who have

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field9 years or more of relevant audit experienceCPA LicenseProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
