Adecco is currently assisting a well-known National Pharmaceutical client, recruiting for a Remote Coding Auditor in the EST zone.
Schedule:
M-F 8AM-5PM EST
(training hours will be the same) The anticipated wage for this position is between $23.11 and $24.44. Hourly wage may depend upon experience, education, geographic location and other factors. Experience Responsible for validating and reviewing Hierarchical Condition Category (HCC) risk adjustable charts through retrospective chart reviews
Ensuring accurate,plete, andpliant ICD-10 coding for risk adjustment submission to CMS.
Audit accuracy, process improvements, and helps maintainpliance with state/federal regulations and internal policies.
Required Qualifications :
3 years of relevant coding/audit experience
Proficiency in
ICD-10-CM
coding with strong understanding of HCC risk adjustment
Attention to detail and accuracy in retrospective chart reviews
Familiarity with CMS coding guidelines and HIPAApliant data handling
Prior experience in retrospective risk adjustment audits and validation is preferred.

Pay Details:
$23.11 to $24.44 per hour
