Role:

We are seeking an experienced Audit Manager to lead and grow our Assurance Practice in Columbia. This role is ideal for a CPA who brings a strong foundation in public accounting and a passion for team leadership, client service, and technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage audit, review, and compilation engagements from planning to completion Supervise and mentor audit staff; provide performance feedback and development guidance Ensure projects stay on time and within budget Deliver high-quality service that supports long-term client success Build and maintain strong client relationships; identify additional service opportunities Support firm growth by expanding assurance offerings across the organization Participate in professional, civic, and networking activities to build business opportunities Stay current on industry standards and accounting/auditing updates Assist partners with internal management responsibilities

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting ( Master’s preferred ) CPA license ( required ) 4+ years of recent public accounting experience, specifically in assurance Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS) Excellent communication and relationship management skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Demonstrated leadership and mentoring experience Comfortable working in a collaborative, team-based environment Willingness to travel overnight occasionally (limited) Why Join Us?
