General Purpose:
Audits processes and products (post-production) to ensure requirements and specifications are met.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Ensure accurate data collection. Conduct internal audits following regulatory, industry, and internal quality guidelines, including ISO. Conduct process audits and follow up on the closure of open audits. Assist in root cause analysis and corrective actions of audit findings, tracking to resolution. Initiate product/process improvements. Aid in filing audits and maintaining records. Monitor and report metrics to meet business needs. Prepare reject reports by identifying necessary information for follow-up and analyze rejects/defects for patterns of process errors or other areas of concern. Provide immediate feedback to production areas concerning process deviations. Facilitate Quality Alert meetings as required. Provide process training as needed.
Experience Level:
Preferred experience level is 1 to 5 years.
