• Audit Manager Position Overview
  The Audit Manager will oversee audit engagements, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards while delivering high-quality services to clients.

This role requires strong leadership skills to manage audit teams, foster client relationships, and drive the audit process to completion. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise audit engagements from planning through completion, including the coordination of staff and client communication.
Review and approve audit work papers and financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable standards.
Manage and mentor audit staff, providing guidance and training to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
Stay current on industry regulations and changes to ensure compliance and inform clients of any relevant updates.
Assist in the development of audit methodologies and best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
CPA certification is required.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in public accounting with a focus on audit.
Strong knowledge of Employment Benefit Plans, EBP, and ERISA regulations.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Proven leadership abilities with experience managing audit teams.
