REQUIREMENTS

• This position requires a High School diploma or equivalent.
• This position requires at least two years of experience in sewing, inspection, or quality control.
• Must be familiar with specifications, standards, tolerances, and fabric defects.
• Must have basic math skills with knowledge of fractions and know how to read a ruler.
• Must have experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, internet, and email.
• Must be accurate in recording data.
• This position requires high attention to detail
• This position requires demonstrated flexibility and the ability to work with others positively.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Ability to work overtime, when needed.
• Must follow directions well.
• Good attendance is a must.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, lift, and push cases up to 8 hrs.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds
• Must wear all safety gear and follow safety rules

RESPONSIBILITIES

• This position is responsible for supporting the quality control functions within the distribution center at an assigned location.
• The position ensures the accuracy of shipped goods.
• This position takes direction and accepts new responsibilities as required.
• This position involves various tasks that must be juggled regularly.
• This position is cross-trained in all areas of the QC department such as: o Inbound shipments o QA customer orders o Outbound, etc.
• This position requires sound and logical decision-making with minimum supervision and is responsible for constantly distinguishing shades and completing the Farnsworth-Munsell 100 Hue Test.
• This position must complete ASQ and CFA certifications.
• Maintains a safe and clean work environment that shows pride in Workwear and is always worth sharing with visitors.

HOURS:

2nd shift hours: 2:00 PM – 10:45 PM, Monday through Friday. Some overtime may be required.
