Position Summary As an Audit Partner, you will play a pivotal role in leading our audit engagements, fostering client relationships, and mentoring high-performing teams. You will oversee complex audits for clients across various industries ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and delivering actionable insights. Key Responsibilities Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of financial statement audits, reviews, and compilations for commercial clients, ensuring compliance with GAAP, GAAS, and other regulatory requirements. Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, building long-term relationships, identifying opportunities for additional services, and providing strategic business advice. Drive growth by pursuing new client opportunities, expanding existing relationships, and contributing to the firm’s market presence. Mentor and develop audit professionals, foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning while overseeing team performance and engagement quality. Ensure audit engagements meet the firm’s quality standards and comply with professional and regulatory guidelines, including AICPA and PCAOB standards where applicable. Collaborate with firm leadership to shape the audit practice’s strategy, innovate service delivery, and enhance operational efficiency. Qualifications CPA license required. 10+ years of progressive audit experience in public accounting, with 2-7 years at the partner or director level. Extensive experience leading audits for commercial clients across industries such as manufacturing, technology, real estate, or healthcare. Proven expertise in employee benefit plan audits, with a deep understanding of ERISA, DOL, and IRS requirements. Demonstrated success in business development and client relationship management. Demonstrated leadership experience, including managing teams and client engagements. Strong technical knowledge of tax laws and regulations, with the ability to apply them to complex client situations.
