What You Need for this Position Bachelors Degree in Accounting or related field. CPA Required 5+ years of experience in assurance or audit in public accounting. Strong understanding of assurance and accounting principles, processes, and procedures. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Highest ethical standards and commitment to confidentiality. Proficiency with accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks, Sage) and MS Office applications.
