LPN Consultant 3.5 3.5 out of 5 stars Franklin, TN 37064 • Hybrid work AdvanceCare Health Services, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Part-time Contract LPN to join our team to perform file review & compliance. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of our individual client files with the service/care plans established by the Department of Disability and Aging and the Managed Care Organization (MCO). You will be responsible for conducting thorough reviews and documenting necessary adjustments. This is a Contract, part-time, work-from-home position for up to 10-20 hours per week. Hermitage, TN Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive reviews of client files to ensure accuracy and compliance with DDA/MCO service/care plans. Identify and document any discrepancies or needed adjustments in client files. Communicate findings and recommendations to leadership in a clear and concise manner. Collaborate with leadership and staff to resolve findings. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of file reviews. Monitor and track compliance metrics to ensure ongoing adherence to DDA/MCO standards. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices. Generate detailed reports.
Qualifications:
LPN Understanding of DDA, ECF and CLS program requirements and compliance standards. Excellent attention to detail. Analytical and problem-solving abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
