Press Supervisor Taldeco Lebanon, TN We are currently seeking a Press Supervisor to join our growing team in Smyrna, TN! Description Directs and Develops Team Leaders and Operators in the Press Dept. Analyze problems and take action to show results based on data and facts and not opinion. Maintains and promotes fair and equitable treatment of all employees. Track quantified progress based on Company Goals and Objectives. Initiate Gorika activities and promote daily improvement by all employees to support Company goals. Cover role of Senior Supervisor/ Assistant Manager during absence. Safety Maintain and Audit Safety Awareness Ensure C/M’s implemented on time. Maintain and Audit 5s System Audit Standardized Work Audit Effectiveness of Safety Kaizens/ Countermeasures Monitor Findings Through KPI (PDCA) Quality Audit Standardized Work (4M Method) Ensure C/M’s implemented on time Audit Effectiveness of Countermeasures (PDCA) Make plan to keep hold area clean Audit and Monitor Change Point Productivity Audit Standardized Work (4M Method) Be able to Calculate Eff and make plan Track SPM Trends and Countermeasures Identify and Implement Efficiency Improvement Opportunities React to Abnormal Conditions and Implement Actions to Maintain Productivity Monitor Scrap and Implement Countermeasures (PDCA) Audit S.M.E.D. Activity Teamwork Develop Team Concept.
