Job Description
Auto Collision Estimator Kerry’s Paint & Body Siloam Springs, AR 72761 Kerry’s Paint & Body is a trusted and growing auto body repair facility known for quality workmanship, honesty, and great customer service. We’ve been in Siloam for almost 50 years and are a community staple. We’re looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Body Shop Estimator to join our team and help provide accurate estimates and a smooth repair process for our customers. As a Body Shop Estimator, you will be the key point of contact for customers, insurance companies, and technicians. Your primary responsibilities will include inspecting damaged vehicles, creating accurate estimates using industry-standard software, coordinating with insurance adjusters, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.
REQUIREMENTS
2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred Must be at least 18 years of age Must have a valid drivers license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy
ABILITIES/SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE
Must have prior experience writing estimates with CCC1 or similar estimating software You have an advance understanding and knowledge of the repair process/procedures Strong sales orientation Be able to understand instructions written and verbal Can prioritize competing tasks and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment

$25.00 – $32.00 per hour Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
