Auto Estimator Car Geeks Collision 2133 Pembroke Road, Hollywood, FL 33020 Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Auto Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive diagnostics and customer service, with the ability to assess vehicle damage and provide accurate estimates for repairs. This role is critical in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the high standards of our dealership. Responsibilities Evaluate vehicle damage and prepare detailed repair estimates for customers. Collaborate with technicians to understand the scope of repairs needed and ensure accuracy in estimates. Provide exceptional customer service by explaining the estimation process and addressing any customer inquiries. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of automotive repair techniques, parts pricing, and labor costs. Assist in managing parts inventory related to estimates and repairs. Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and submitted in a timely manner. Build relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in automotive diagnostics, including oil changes, shocks, struts, and tire service. Previous experience in automotive sales or dealership environments is preferred. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients regarding their vehicle needs. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple estimates simultaneously. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated. Understanding of industry standards and best practices related to vehicle repair estimation.
