Reporting to the Service Manager, you will utilize your core skills in automotive diagnostics, customer service, and auto estimating to ensure a seamless repair process. Your premium experience in dealership environments and auto service management will enhance your ability to communicate effectively with clients and technicians. Additionally, your relevant knowledge of automotive repair, including transmissions and brake systems, will support the organization in delivering high-quality service and customer satisfaction. Qualifications Strong automotive diagnostics and mechanical knowledge Experience in vehicle maintenance and automotive repair Proficient in auto estimating and service writing Excellent customer service and sales skills Familiarity with transmissions, alignment, and brake repair Preferred experience in dealership settings and auto service management Relevant skills in diesel engine repair and suspension systems
