Customer Service :
Interact with customers by helping them resolve equipment issues and telling them how to use newly istalled equipment.
Analytical Thinking:
Diagnose equipment problems and determine ways to fix these issues, wich requires analytical skills.
Computer Skills:
Needs a 4.5 level in computer literacy.
Mechanical Skills:
Use hands and various tools to install and repair equipment. Supervise and Mentor a team of claims adjusters, providing guidance on complex cases and fostering professional development. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of remediation practices as they relate to property damage claims. Prepare reports on claims trends, performance metrics, and team productivity for upper management. Being able and willing to travel internationally to the extent of 2 weeks. Skills Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex information quickly and accurately. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with clients, team members, and stakeholders. Spanish or German speakers preferable. Strong leadership abilities to manage a diverse team effectively while promoting a collaborative work environment. Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality in all aspects.
