Monday•Friday, 8:00 AM•5:00 PM (1-hour lunch) We’re currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Auto Body Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be I-CAR certified , have strong negotiation skills, and a minimum of 5 years experience in the collision repair industry. We’re looking for a true team player who excels at providing top-tier customer service and understands how to read and reference OEM repair procedures .
Key Responsibilities:
Provide accurate, timely repair estimates using estimating software Communicate clearly with customers, insurers, and technicians Reference OEM repair procedures and guidelines Negotiate effectively with insurance adjusters Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the repair process
Qualifications:
I-CAR certification required Minimum 5 years of relevant experience Must hold a valid Massachusetts Motor Vehicle Damage Appraiser License Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment

Compensation:
