This role involves assessing vehicle damage, preparing accurate repair estimates, and managing the repair process from start to finish. The ideal candidate has a strong background in automotive repair, is highly organized, customer-focused, and experienced in working with insurance companies and repair teams to ensure high-quality, efficient repairs. Duties Asses vehicle damage and determine necessary repairs Prepare precise repair estimates and supplements when necessary, following OEM procedures. Work closely with insurance companies, DRP partners, and adjusters to ensure proper claim handling. Communicate with customers throughout the repair process, providing updates and answering questions. Maintain accurate records of estimates, repairs, and customer interactions. Collaborate with technicians, parts staff, and management to ensure repairs are completed efficiently and to OEM standards. Identify potential repair challenges and escalate issues to management as needed. Maintain company-established KPIs and ensure compliance with insurance company KPIs. Comply with company SOPs regarding process, communication, and documentation. Serve as a brand ambassador, consistently representing the company’s values, culture, and business objectives in all interactions with internal and external customers. Requirements Previous experience as a collision estimator or adjuster. Massachusetts State adjuster license required. Experience with Nexsyis Management System (preferred but will train). Strong customer service skills. Familiarity with insurance DRP guidelines and compliance. Proven experience in automotive repair or auto body repair is essential. Effectively communicates with customers and teammates providing accurate estimates for repairs. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers.
