AN ESTIMATING MANAGER AT B STREET COLLISION IS UNLIKE A TRADITIONAL BODY SHOP OFFICE MANAGER!
: Train new Estimators on processes and procedures Manage daily front office processes and support Estimating team Partner with Shop Manager to ensure open communication from Office to Shop No ordering parts! B Street has an individual that processes parts ordering for each location No writing supplements Knowledge of Insurance Industry procedures Knowledge of what to do after a vehicle accident Blueprinting the related / unrelated damage Photograph the vehicle and enter admin data into estimating system Write total losses estimates Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage several jobs at once
HERE ARE OUR NON-NEGOTIABLES
Maintain a Monday – Friday 7:30am – 5:30pm A minimum of 2 years in the auto body, dealership, and/or automotive industry required Knowledge of any estimating system Excellent customer service skills Attention to detail / Quick learner / Positive can do attitude You must have a valid driver’s license We’ll keep your inquiry and our conversations confidential from your current employer, regardless of the outcome.
