We are looking for reliable contractors to perform inspections, property preservation, pre-foreclosure, and REO work in the entire state of Mississippi! We’re recruiting contractors familiar with FHA guidelines and have the capabilities to perform the services listed below. Requirements:
For all work you must supply your own vehicles, trailers, tools, equipment, computer, smart phone with Wi-fi, etc. We require an Aspen Grove account, background check, and request all contractors use the mobile apps shown above. For insurance you must carry a minimum of $1M in General Liability with Errors & Omissions. Workers Compensation insurance is required if you have employees or provide a letter of exemption.
