The ideal candidate will have a strong background in auto body repair and a passion for automotive maintenance. This role involves diagnosing and repairing vehicle damage, ensuring high-quality workmanship, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Duties Perform auto body repairs on vehicles, including frame straightening, dent removal, and panel replacement. Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively to complete repairs and refinishing tasks. Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to assess damage and determine necessary repairs. Execute automotive painting tasks, ensuring a smooth finish that meets quality standards. Repair or replace auto glass as needed, ensuring proper installation and sealing. Maintain mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot issues related to vehicle systems. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of repair jobs while maintaining high standards of quality. Keep the work area clean and organized, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Requirements Proven experience in auto body repair or a related field is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform vehicle maintenance tasks. Proficiency in using power tools, hand tools, and equipment specific to auto body work. Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with automotive repair processes, including auto painting techniques. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing situations.
