Monitoring the repairs of vehicles Selling value-added services to customers Accurately updating the computerized notes system to clearly show the story of the repair Communicating with customers throughout the entire service repair process The ideal candidate for this position will have: Experience with the Repair Planning process 3 year of customer service in the collision repair industry and/or collision repair estimating experience Experience CCC estimating systems Production manager experience a major plus I-Car certifications is a plus Quality and team oriented
