Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field(or equivalent experience). Proven track record of successful leadership and teammanagement. Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability toadapt to new technologies. Prior experience in the welding industry or sales is aplus.
