Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field(or equivalent experience). Proven track record of successful leadership and teammanagement. Strong business acumen and ability to drive results in acompetitive market. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage withcustomers and team members. Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability toadapt to new technologies. Prior experience in the welding industry or sales is aplus.
