Labor Finders of Opelika, AL, is seeking a results-oriented Assistant Branch Manager to work with other office personnel in the coordination of office operations, procedures, and resources to facilitate organization effectiveness and efficiency of this single profit center. Responsibilities and Duties In addition to traditional office functions, under the direction of the Branch Manager, this person will be responsible for: Effectuating the coordination and completion of office tasks to ensure branch and corporate objectives are met. Influencing, interacting, and driving relations with current and prospective customers and current and potential employees. Identifying temporary staffing needs for recruiting efforts and screening applicants. Coordinating the placement of employees. Recruiting. Payroll and invoicing. Maintain employee files and data.
