As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring profitability while fostering a positive work environment. Responsibilities Lead and supervise branch staff to achieve operational goals and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance sales performance and drive business growth through sales. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to support business development efforts. Qualifications Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably within a retail or service-oriented environment of at least 3 years. Staffing experience of at least 3 years is preferred. Excellent leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire team members. Strong analytical skills with a focus on process improvement initiatives. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
