Essential responsibilities include : Superior Customer Service and Relationship Building Training & supervision of employees Goal setting & tracking Loan application review & approvals Loan closing & payment processing Contacting & developing solutions with past due customers Marketing & Solicitation General administrative duties & reporting
Skills Required:
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Prior experience managing and training others. Prior Finance, Retail, or Sales experience. Ability to work beyond our standard weekday hours if necessary to meet business goals. Computer proficiency including word processing and spreadsheets. High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation Commission Incentive Compensation All Branch Managers are eligible to earn a monthly commission that is based upon the profitability of the office. Commissions should account for an additional 20% to 30% of a successful manager’s base compensation. However, there is no limit as to how much commission can be earned.
