This includes direct supervision of Branch ServicesSpecialists, Floater Pools and Security Specialists depending on thelocal banks structure. The incumbent coordinates with centralizeddepartments to address any customer concerns that may arise.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Otherduties may be assigned.1. Manage the overall daily activities of the Branch Services Department; Branch Services Specialists, Security Specialists and floater pools as applicable. Provide prompt feedback regarding performance and ensure all associates follow training schedule guidelines.2. Maintain a uniform workflow by determining priorities; shifting associates appropriately to meet workflow and customer service expectations. Support and encourage the sales and efficiency efforts of Vision 2020.3. Serve as the main contact to various Shared Services departments including but may not be limited; to Integrated Account Servicing departments, Equipment Services, Group Security and Compliance. Communicate and implement new/updated policies and procedures as needed.4. Serve as the local bank contact for Internal Audit department. Provide documentation to internal audit as requested and coordinate responses to audit findings.5. In partnership with IAS departments, oversee the local bank teller, FSR and audit requirements. Ensure consistency in frontline procedures, as directed and ensure dual control records to meet compliance and regulatory guidelines.6. Serve as the contact for all cash needs including supply and adhering to bank limits.7. Serve as back-up for direct staff as needed.8. Provide recommendations for the creation and upkeep of Service Level Agreements (SLA). Ensure customer service expectations are met as outlined in the SLA.9. Promptly perform other tasks as requested in order to meet and maintain internal and external customer service expectations.10. Understand and comply with bank policy, laws, regulations, and the bank’s BSA/AML Program, as applicable to your job duties. This includes but is not limited to; complete compliance training and adhere to internal procedures and controls; report any known violations of compliance policy, laws, or regulations and report any suspicious customer and/or account activity.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Directly supervises 2 or more FTEs as assigned.
Carries out supervisoryresponsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies andapplicable laws. Ensure direct reports have completed requiredcompliance training and are adhering to all internal procedures andcontrols as it relates to bank policy, laws, regulations and ArvestsBSA/AML Program. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring,appraising performance, rewarding, and disciplining associates. Theincumbent has the authority and the appropriate influence to makerecommendations regarding hiring, firing, advancement, promotion, or anyother change of status of other associates within the guidelines of thebanks procedures and guidelines for such change of status events. Theincumb nt provides training, planning, assigning, and directing workassignments and schedules; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
