SUMMARY:
The role of BranchManager is responsible for the administration and efficient dailyoperation of a full service branch office, including operations,lending, product sales, customer service, and security and safetyin accordance with Lendmark Financial Services objectives. Developsnew business; provides a superior level of customer relations andpromotes the sales and service culture through coaching, guidanceand staff motivation. In addition, achieves individual and branchsales goals through new business sales, referrals and retention ofaccount relationships. Provides leadership, training andsupervision; delegates day to day operations to the AssistantBranch Manager or other branch personnel.
MAJORDUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage and motivate staff to meet goalsand objectives relating to branch profitability, loan volume,credit quality, delinquency and expense. Make loan decisions up toestablished lending limits, close consumer loans, and collectaccounts in more critical stages of delinquency while ensuringadherence to state and federal guidelines. Actively pursue businessdevelopment relationships within his/her community. Sell productsand services to meet sales goals. Manage matters regarding hiring,staffing, training, performance reviews and terminations asapplicable. Establish lending authority for associates. Ensure ahigh quality of client service. Assist clients with theimplementation of solutions, and monitor overall clientsatisfaction. All other duties as assigned.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or GED from accredited institution 3-5 years ofconsumer finance experience or related industry experiencePersonnel management and budgeting skills Effective communication,organization and sales skills Proficient working knowledge ofindustry related loan software, Microsoft Windows, Excel and WordApplications
PREFERRED/DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Industry-relatedexperience Bilingual, Spanish/English Ability to relocate
COMPENSATION
The salary range for this position is $62,000 -$70,000 annually, based on the specific Knowledge, Skills,Abilities and/or Experience of the selected candidate. Thisposition is eligible for Quarterly Incentive compensation based onindividual and company performance guidelines.
